PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda has charged that the UPND is trying to implicate Chitambo MP Remember Mutale for murder as a way of causing a by-election. And Nakacinda has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of directing for the arrest of Socialist Party leader Fred M’membe and Mutale for treason and murder respectively.
