PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s political advisor Levy Ngoma says opposition leaders should not break the law and “cry wolf” after being arrested. And Ngoma says President Hichilema’s conduct while in opposition cannot be compared to how current crop of opposition leaders is behaving.
