HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says majority of the 3,000 slots for health workers to be recruited this year will be used to upgrade and promote those who have been serving in the same position for a long time. Meanwhile, Masebo says it is disturbing that 35 percent of new HIV infections among infants result from infections in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
