MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says Zambia’s economy is being reset hence challenges like the high cost of living are bound to happen. And Kabuswe says he has noticed a number of youths complaining on social media that they are not being given mining licences when they are not even putting in the effort to apply.
