THE Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) says it has stocked up adequate medical supplies in readiness for the rainy season when the country gets to experience an upsurge in waterborne diseases. In a statement, Wednesday, ZAMMSA Senior Public Relations Manager Bradley Chingobe said the adequate stock would help in the management and treatment of Diarrhoea and related conditions. “Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) has effectively stocked up adequate medical supplies in preparedness for the rainy season which is a period when the country experiences an upsurge in waterborne diseases.
