THE Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC) says President Hakainde Hichilema should have considered replacing former chief government spokesperson Chushi Kasanda with another woman or transferring her to another ministry. In a statement, Tuesday, NGOCC executive director Anne Mbewe Anamela said the women’s movement was deeply concerned about the low numbers of women in decision making decisions. “The Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC) has bemoaned the dismissal of former Minister of Information and Media, Hon.
