PF presidential aspirant Miles Sampa says former president Edgar Lungu can’t win if he was to contest the 2026 general elections. On Friday, former PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri advised Lungu to withdraw the letter he wrote to Cabinet indicating that he had left active politics so that he could stand in 2026.
