ACTING Chief Government Spokesperson Makozo Chikote says it is unusual to find people in rural areas protesting over mealie meal as they are able to produce their own maize. Chikote was reacting to PF presidential aspirant Brian Mundubile’s remarks that government’s initiative to distribute cheaper ZNS mealie meal would only benefit a few citizens as it won’t be possible to reach the remotest parts of the country.
