RESIDENTS in Mpongwe have challenged their area member of parliament Gregory Ngowani to return the K100, 000 which his wife obtained as a loan from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), citing conflict of interest. But Ngowani says he does not see anything wrong with his wife benefiting from CDF money as long as she qualifies for a loan.
