AIRTEL Zambia has apologised to its customers over intermittent service disruptions experienced across the country. And some netizens took to Airtel Zambia’s Facebook page to register their displeasure over the network providers’ services. Reacting to various complaints over network disruptions in a statement, Tuesday, the company’s Corporate Communication’s Office, assured customers that its engineering teams had diligently worked to identify and promptly resolve the issues. “Airtel Networks Zambia Plc extends its heartfelt apologies to our esteemed customers for the intermittent service disruptions experienced across the country.
