ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono says the commission already had information on the awarding of contracts to fuel suppliers by Energy Minister Peter Kapala. On Friday PF Chairperson for Information and Publicity Emmanuel Mwamba reported Kapala to the ACC for abuse of power.
