THE National Assembly of Zambia has launched the revised Public Financial Management Handbook for members of parliament and staff. Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says the handbook’s purpose is to serve as a toolkit for strengthening the National Assembly in the performance of its oversight mandate in public financial management.
