DISASTER Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) National Coordinator Dr Gabriel Pollen says the unit spent over K300 million on dismantling arrears in 2022. And Dr Pollen says DMMU owes the Food Reserve Agency in excess of K399 million, while over K300 million is owed to various suppliers. Meanwhile, DMMU Acting Chief Accountant Victor Phiri says DMMU has roughly over K700 million debt.
