LUSAKA Lawyer Makebi Zulu says former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Chris Zumani Zimba and other gassing suspects are the ones who are properly entitled to compensation. And Zulu has questioned how the State arrived at the K900,000 and K450,000 compensation for UPND Lusaka Province Chairman Obvious Mwaliteta and Transport and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali, respectively.
