WUSAKILE PF member of parliament Pavyuma Kalobo says he will only celebrate the Mopani deal once government reveals the conditions surrounding it. Last week, Copperbelt Minister Elisha Matambo said the opposition, especially the Patriotic Front, were not happy that the Copperbelt was back to life.
