INSPECTOR General of Police Graphael Musamba says police will allow the opposition to hold their intended joint rally in Kitwe only if they demonstrate that it will be peaceful. Musamba says police are aware that some political parties like PF are split, which means the rally can be a battle ground for those on opposing sides.
