THE Auditor General’s Report on the Accounts of the Republic for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 has revealed that ZESCO is owing the Energy Regulation Board over K477 million in licence fees. The report has also revealed that the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone bought motor vehicles worth over K3 million for five senior managers against government’s directive.
