STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hicilema will only adopt good advice from those who mean well for the country. Recently, PF member of the central committee Dr Canisius Banda said he had sent messages to President Hichilema, advising him on governance, but that the Head of State had not responded.
