RTSA says it has engaged the Zambia Metrology Agency (ZMA) to help with the calibration of speed cameras at Shimabala toll plaza and in Kalundu area, following citizens’ cries that they are being wrongly fined. In an interview, Friday, Road Transport and Safety Agency Public Relations Manager Mukela Mangolwa acknowledged that the Agency had received complaints from members of the public that speed cameras at the two sites were capturing incorrect information. “Yes, there are two sites where we’ve had issues from members of the public and we’ve had complaints and these are Kalundu and Shimabala toll gates.
