MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says addressing irregular migration requires inclusive and sustainable economies, among others. Delivering a speech at the Italy-Africa Summit in Rome, Mwiimbu said efforts to mitigate the irregular migratory crisis must be aligned with AU Agenda 2063’s focus on transformative outcomes.
