ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says government has identified five sites for power generation on the Luapula River. And Kapala has insisted that the country is not experiencing any load shedding, and that the current outages are due to the maintenance works being done by Zesco. In an interview, Monday, Kapala said each power site would generate about 1,000 megawatts of power. “The government at Luapula River will be setting about five sites for power generation.
