PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s political advisor Levy Ngoma says drinking was the order of the day during former president Edgar Lungu’s tenure and that is why some beer was named after him. And Ngoma says the new dawn government has hit so many milestones but they can’t blow their own trumpets by dining and wining. On Sunday, Lungu’s former political advisor Chris Zumani Zimba said President Hichilema was too serious, recalling that whenever they achieved a milestone under the previous regime, Lungu would call them for a glass of wine and a toast.
