STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has dismissed claims by Emeritus Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu that President Hichilema is a one-man dictator who does not listen to anyone. In an interview, Friday, Hamasaka wondered why the President could be called a dictator when he had continued consulting and engaging different stakeholders. “Surely, to think HH can be a [one] man-dictator the way he consults…?
