THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it will be conducting voter registration during the forthcoming N’cwala traditional ceremony in Mtenguleni. The Commission has officially certified the Voters Register to include people who registered from June to December 2022. Addressing the media, Wednesday, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro said the Commission took note of events like N’cwala to reach as many people as possible. “As citizens turn 16 they access national registration services from the district centres.
