HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) should not relent in investigating public office bearers. And DEC Director General Nason Banda says provisions of non-conviction based forfeitures should be actively utilised for the swift recovery of public resources.
