EDGAR Lungu-led PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda has alleged that government plans to put former president Edgar Lungu under house arrest in order to limit his movements. Speaking to the media, Thursday, Nakacinda said Lungu had become a big political threat to President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND. “We know that Mr Hakainde Hichilema and his overzealous police officers were suggesting that the former president be arrested yesterday, they realised that there wasn’t any offence that was committed from what the former president and PF president said.
