The Lusaka City Council (LCC) has revealed that it has recorded two incidents in which a swarm of bees descended upon school children and an elderly woman in Meanwood and Chelston Police Compound, respectively. The local authority has since urged residents to take precautions, especially during hot temperatures when bees are more likely to become agitated.
