FORMER Zambian ambassador to Germany Anthony Mukwita says Zambia should have been more decisive in its contribution to ending the Israeli-Palestinian conflict when it made its submissions at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). He says no one knows where Zambia stands especially after Solicitor General Marshal Muchende’s submission, whom he says, “appeared to fluff”.
