FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says official bondholders have not refused to restructure Zambia’s debt. And Dr Musokotwane says financing of the 2024 national budget will be in line with the approved 2024 national borrowing plan. In the National Assembly, Thursday, Nalolo PNUP member of parliament Imanga Wamunyima wanted to find out whether the refusal by the bondholders to restructure Zambia’s debt would not adversely affect the economy.
