INFRASTRUCTURE and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says it is not right to link the $2.8 billion, which the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) detected in some suspected illicit financial transfers to Asian countries, to corruption. And Milupi says former minister of national guidance and religious affairs Godfridah Sumaili is not credible to talk about corruption because she was quiet about the injustices which happened during former president Edgar Lungu’s tenure.
