MPOROKOSO PF member of parliament Brian Mundubile has alleged that the UPND are plotting to have the Malole seat declared vacant because the representative, Robert Kalimi, has been away for some time. But Government Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says the UPND have no such intentions, describing Mundubile’s statement as irresponsible.
