PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called on citizens to develop a culture of paying back loans so that other people can equally benefit from revolving funds. And Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) Director General Muwe Mungule says the Commission is giving out 140 vehicles worth about K40 million under CEEC’s Own a Taxi, Minibus or Light Truck loan product.
