PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says asset recovery processes must endeavour to address the aspect of victims of corruption, through possible restitution. In a write up shared on his Facebook page, Wednesday, President Hichilema said he was happy to have hosted the Global Chairperson of Transparency International, Professor François Valerian, and his team at State House yesterday.
