MAMBILIMA PF MP Jean Chisenga says punishing her for calling President Hakainde Hichilema a liar in Parliament will be a sign that the democratic space in the country is shrinking. Muchinga Independent MP Emmanuel Banda has written a letter of complaint to the Speaker of the National Assembly against Chisenga for her remarks towards the President. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Local Government Minister Gary Nkombo said Chisenga would not go unpunished.
