LUNTE PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya says there is a leadership problem in the National Assembly and that is why members of parliament have no morale to attend sessions. On Tuesday, National Assembly proceedings failed to take off as scheduled due to failure by members of parliament to form a quorum.
