FORMER Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo says Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu’s caution to the Police Command is timely and commendable. On Tuesday, Mwiimbu urged the Zambia Police Service to take note of the concerns raised by the Law Association of Zambia and Human Rights Commission regarding human rights violations and make amendments where appropriate.
