FORMER president Edgar Lungu has wondered how President Hakainde Hichilema was ranked among the top five best performing African leaders by an online publication “Business Day”, when Zambia is experiencing all kinds of human rights abuses under his reign. Lungu has also called on the international community and African embassies to take cognisance of the rising abuses under President Hichilema’s government.
