PF faction secretary general Raphael Nakacinda says the UPND government undermined Dr Kenneth Kaunda’s centenary celebrations, arguing that the event was not properly organised. On Sunday, the country commemorated late Dr Kaunda’s 100th birthday celebration in Chinsali District of Muchinga Province.
