CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) should have consulted government before announcing the Zesco tariff increment, as they are the ones held accountable by citizens. And Mweetwa says the potential increase in load shedding hours is directly linked to the decreasing water flow at the Zambezi River.
