THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has urged political parties and civil society organisations to constructively engage with the commission by raising any concerns through appropriate channels. In a statement, Thursday, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro stated that the Commission regularly conducted stakeholder engagement activities which some of the political parties did not attend despite being invited. “The Commission wishes to remind stakeholders that Members of the Commission are appointed by the President of the Republic of Zambia and ratified by Parliament.
