ZAMBIA National Service Commander Lieutenant General Maliti Solochi has been registered as one of the shareholders of Eagles Holding Limited, a move which has sparked debate among stakeholders. Lusaka Lawyer Dickson Jere has wondered why Lieut Gen Solochi was registered as one of the shareholders of Eagles Holding Limited, instead of the Finance Minister, who by law holds shares in trust of Zambians.
