LEADER of the Opposition Robert Chabinga has “expelled” former president Edgar Lungu, Given Lubinda and Raphael Nakacinda from the party. And Chabinga has appointed Chipangali PF MP Andrew Lubusha as his vice president. Addressing the media, Sunday, Chabinga, who is also acting PF faction president, also expelled Mumbi Phiri, Professor Nkandu Luo.
