FORMER home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says it’s insensitive for his successor Jack Mwiimbu to accuse Emmanuel Jay Banda of facilitating the registration of foreigners who voted in the 2021 elections. On Thursday, Mwiimbu said Banda was involved in a scheme of registering Malawians who voted in the 2021 general elections.
