ACTING Auditor General Dr Ron Mwambwa has expressed concern over reports suggesting that his office’s audit reports for the financial year ended December 31, 2023 deliberately excluded audit findings on the procurement of ambulances due to external instructions. Dr Mwambwa has clarified that the procurement of 156 ambulances will be covered in 2025 in the audit of financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
