A 28-YEAR-OLD truck driver who caused an accident which claimed four lives and left Wesley Chibambo, popularly known as Dandy Crazy, injured, has turned himself into police custody. And Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has disclosed that Chibambo underwent a brain surgery and his condition is extremely critical and unstable.
