MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says the Public Gatherings Bill intended to review the contentious Public Order Act is ready for submission to Cabinet for final consideration. And Mwiimbu says there is a huge difference between how the new dawn government has been administering the Public Order Act compared to the previous PF regime, to a point where one would think they are in a different legal jurisdiction.
