MINISTER of Fisheries and Livestock Peter Kapala says he will lead a team to ensure the ruling UPND gets all parliamentary seats in Luapula Province in next year’s elections. And Kapala says government will increase fertiliser allocation in areas with adequate rainfall like Luapula in the next farming season.
