COPPERBELT Province Minister Elisha Matambo says the Food Reserve Agency has been a letdown in the manner it is handling maize purchases from farmers. Matambo says the FRA should not disturb the vision of President Hakainde Hichilema. Speaking when he appeared on ZNBC, Kitwe studio, Tuesday, Matambo said farmers were spending almost a week waiting for the agency to buy their maize, a situation which facilitated corruption. “The only organisation I want to talk about is FRA, they have been a let-down, I don’t want to beat about the bush.
