SOCIALIST Party general secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali says the UPND government is lying about tackling the energy crisis and hunger in the country. On Wednesday, State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka said President Hakainde Hichilema was tackling the energy crisis head on, just like he did with hunger.
