MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary for Administration Dr Gabriel Pollen has disclosed that the ministry disbursed a total of K602 million in Constituency Development Funds (CDF) in the last seven days. And Dr Pollen says if a local authority still has unutilised resources during a disbursement cycle, that local authority is skipped and does not receive funding at that particular time.
